Strength and conditioning for field sport athletes

Pros are not out‑training you.
They are out‑supported.

A pro has a strength coach, a nutritionist and a physio reading their numbers every week. Voyma gives you that standard: a periodised program for your sport and position, an Athlete Score that tells you where you stand, and a coach in your pocket.

The Athlete Score

Power is a number, not a feeling.

One score from 0 to 1000. Strength, power, speed, conditioning, consistency and progression, weighted into a single number and benchmarked against athletes in your sport, at your level, in your position. It moves when you train properly. It is the number a coach can read.

Benchmarked, not normed

Your percentile against athletes in your sport and position, not a generic fitness table.

Verified results, coming

Coach-verified tests will mark a score as something a recruiter can act on.

Shareable when it moves

Post your score card the moment it changes. Your teammates will ask.

Read by your squad

Coaches see the roster ranked. Athletes see where they stand on their own team.

The program

Written the way a strength coach writes it.

Not a workout generator. A periodised block for your sport, your position and where you are in the season, built on the rules a sport scientist would use, then adapted to your equipment, your injury history and how recovered you are today.

A six-week off-season block for a back row. In season the same engine drops volume and holds intensity, so you keep what you built.
A session in the program: Full Body 1, 66 minutes, with a ramp warm-up, a note on why this session sits here, and box jumps then back squats with sets, load and rest.

  • Position-specific

A prop and a winger do not get the same program. Fifteen sports, every position, with the demands of each written into the engine by a coach who has trained them.

  • Periodised, not random

Blocks of four to eight weeks that accumulate, intensify and deload. In season, volume drops and intensity holds. The same key lifts progress week to week.

  • Recovery-aware

Reads sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Apple Health. A poor night moves the session, not the plan.

  • Injury-aware

Your history rules exercises out before the plan is written. The engine will not schedule what your body has told it not to.

  • Why this plan

Every session comes with its reasoning. What is being held, what is being pushed, and why. You are not asked to trust a black box.

  • A coach in your pocket

Swap an exercise for the equipment you have. Ask why the tempo matters. Answers come in seconds, in coach language.

Squads

Your team, ranked.

Join your squad with one code and see where you stand against the people you actually train with. Coaches get the whole roster on one board, every week, without writing a single program.

Coaches

We are running a small number of rosters through the first block with a coach at the table. Join the waitlist as a coach and we will reach out.

Built by a coach

BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Science. Ten years coaching strength and conditioning in rugby and American football.

Voyma exists because the athletes who needed a program most were the ones who could not afford one. One strength coach for four hundred athletes is the norm. Private coaching costs more per session than Voyma costs per month. The mission is simple: give every athlete, at every level, the standard of support professionals get, so talent decides who makes it, not budget.

Questions

Straight answers.

I already have a coach. Is this for me?

Yes. Voyma runs the days your coach is not there and gives them your numbers. Coaches can create a squad and see the whole roster on one board.

Is the programming generic?

The periodisation is rule-based and written by a sport scientist. The AI adapts exercise selection to your equipment, injuries and position. Open Why this plan on any session and read the reasoning.

Can I use it in season?

That is the point of periodisation. In-season blocks cut volume and hold intensity so you keep the strength and speed you built without arriving at game day flat.

What does the Athlete Score measure?

Strength, power, speed, conditioning, consistency and progression, weighted into one number from 0 to 1000 and benchmarked against athletes in your sport, at your level, in your position.

Who is this not for?

General gym-goers, physique training and weight loss. Voyma is for athletes who compete, from high school and club up to semi-pro, and for the coaches who run them.

When does it launch?

iOS first, this fall. Join the waitlist and you get one email when it is live. Coaches on the list get contacted about running their roster.
